STEP 1: YOUTH & ADULT APPLICATIONS

STEP 2: REGISTRATION FEES 

1] 2024 BSA Membership Fees:  

 

Membership fees for renewing scouts and leaders are due by September 12, 2024.

New members can register throughout the year with future renewals on anniversary date. 

 

 

BSA Membership payments are made online while registering. 

2] Unit Membership fees

 

  • $180 - Registered Scout annual unit fee* (fee can be paid in 3 quarterly payments upon request) 

 

The $180 Unit Membership fee payment is made to our Committee Chairman Christina:

​- Cash App to $Pack65 

- Venmo @ChristinaFarhy 

- Zelle Christina Farhy (954) 802-8304  

 

*Unit fees are for Scout handbook, pack neckerchief, awards, advancements and other costs to run pack meetings, events and activities. The Unit fees all stay within Pack 65 to fund the Pack with tracking/reports provided in the monthly committee meeting.  

3] Additional costs not included in Membership fees: 

  • Uniform​ cost $115 approximately.

  • Pack 65 shirt $16 

  • Pack 65 hat $14

  • Special event/activity adult/sibling fee $5 or as applicable per event

  • Campouts: A typical campout cost $35-50 per person (two nights and food included).  

STEP 3 : YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINING (YPT)

 

At least one Parent in each family needs to complete the Youth Protection Training.

This web-based training familiarizes parents with BSA policies regarding non-acceptable

practices and how to quickly act and report them. 

 

Before taking the training, the BSA web site will ask you to create a PARENT account.

Make sure to register the same parent that is in the child application.

Note: remember to keep this username and password handy!! You will use them in the future to record your child's progress and take any additional trainings. 

STEP 4: MEDICAL FORMS

 

All participants at scouting events (adults and youth) are required to submit a Medical Form. Medical forms are valid for 1 year and MUST be renewed annually.
